Job TitleInformation Technologist (IT) I / Information Management Officer (IMO)
Responsibilities- Support Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets.
- Install and configure COTS/GOTS applications.
- Maintain Army security baselines, patches, and antivirus compliance.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN/WAN).
- Perform hardware repair and component replacement.
- Coordinate image updates with NEC.
- Enter, update, and resolve tickets in AESMP.
- Provide Tier 1 classroom audiovisual troubleshooting (including Microsoft Teams video conferencing).
- Education:
Associate’s degree in related field OR Three (3) years related experience. - 2+ years supporting Microsoft Windows client environments.
- Experience with device imaging, patch management, user account/group management, printer setup, remote troubleshooting, experience in a structured IT ticketing environment.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Microsoft Intune Endpoint Management experience.
- IAT Level II, Security+ and Computing Environment certification, maintain CE training as required.
Location: Fort Sill, OK (Onsite)

Salary: $120-$130K /A with benefits
