Expert Reverse Engineer

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career-oriented, and customer-focused Expert Reverse Engineer to join our team in Herndon, VA. In this role, you will lead advanced mobile forensic software development efforts supporting mission-driven requirements. You will work closely with customers to translate operational needs into technical solutions while guiding a team focused on rapid delivery.

• Lead and manage a mid-size team of mobile forensic developers focused on rapid turnaround of mission requirements
• Organize and prioritize requirements for a mobile application exploitation team
• Interpret tasking requirements from on-site customers, including updates to existing applications and development of new applications
• Establish and improve consistent development processes in coordination with key mission customers and incorporating feedback from on-site stakeholders
• Support the development of software user manuals and conducting software demonstrations as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 9+ years’ technical experience or High School diploma and 13+ years’ technical experience
• Experience in software development or software engineering
• Experience providing technical leadership and managing development teams or projects
• Experience analyzing and researching mobile software applications, including retrieving and processing significant forensic artifacts
• Experience with Python and mobile application development or analysis
• Understanding of mobile forensic artifacts across modern mobile platforms

• Experience with Android and/or iOS development
• Experience in mobile forensics and forensic research

• Must possess a current/active Top Secret security clearance and be willing and able to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph clearance

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
