Senior AI Leadership & Transformation Instruc

As a senior AI Leadership & Transformational instructor, you will bring deep practitioner insight from corporate advisory, executive education, global consulting, and AI-driven organization change. You will deliver high-quality training virtually or in-person, covering:

• AI-enabled leadership and decision-making
• Responsible and ethical AI adoption
• Culture, capability, and transformation strategy
• Practical, role-based AI workflow across enterprise functions

Your background should include global advisory or consulting experience, executive-level communication, and the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive leadership-level AI training (virtual or in-person)
• Translate complex AI/organizational concepts into practical frameworks
• Support clients in AI strategy, governance, and readiness
• Partner closely with the Client Solution Team to drive client focused engagement, shaping deal strategy and developing tailored, valueled solutions and programme architectures that directly support the sales process and strengthen our competitive position

Requirements

• Extensive leadership advisory, AI strategy, transformation, executive education, or corporate consulting
• Strong credentials in responsible AI or digital transformation
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders (C-suite/board level) and comfortable teaching cross-functional teams (operations, HR, tech, finance)
• Experience with AI governance, ethical frameworks, workforce readiness or change leadership
• Ability to simplify complex technological and organizational concepts for diverse audiences
