Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Developer to join their team! This position is located Remote Herndon, Virginia or Seattle, Washington.
Duties- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Partner closely with legal business users to intake new requests, gather requirements, and define solution designs
- Develop end-to-end workflows and applications to automate legal processes and approvals
- Support GPT-enabled solutions and advanced workflow automations where applicable
- Guide business users through user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into final solutions
- Document solution designs, workflows, and support materials
- Manage multiple automation initiatives concurrently and communicate status effectively
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience across the Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end automation solutions
- Strong ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical designs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working directly with non‑technical business stakeholders
- Experience with GPT development or AI‑assisted automation
- Experience with Mitratech Team Connect TAP Workflow Automations
- Prior experience supporting Legal departments or legal operations

The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $60.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
