Title: Senior AI Platform Developer

Location: Herndon, VA (Minimum 4 days onsite; some weeks may require 5 days onsite)

Duration: 7 months

Rate: All-Inclusive

We are seeking a Senior AI Platform Developer to design, build, and scale enterprise‑grade artificial intelligence platforms that support mission‑critical systems. This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and production‑ready AI capabilities at scale.

• Architect and develop scalable AI/ML platforms for enterprise applications
• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
• Develop neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, transformers)
• Build end‑to‑end pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, training, evaluation, and deployment
• Integrate AI solutions into larger system architectures
• Implement MLOps best practices for monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost
• Contribute to platform architecture, technical standards, and roadmap planning

• Advanced Python (required); R, Java, or C++ a plus
• Strong experience in machine learning and deep learning
• Experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit‑learn
• Data engineering and feature engineering experience
