YSI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to support the DTSS program at Fort Belvoir, VA
. Ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and functionality of information systems, performing software testing, and recommending workflow and procedural improvements.

• Ensure all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
• Conduct thorough testing to verify software functionality and identify defects.
• Document and troubleshoot issues, working toward timely resolution.
• Report status on issue resolution to management.
• Develop improvements to existing processes and models for potential future configurations.
• Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality enhancements.

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA – Hybrid.
• Experience in Power BI development.
• Hands‑on experience with ADVANA or Army VANTAGE platform is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in ETL processes and data pipeline implementation.
• Exposure to Tableau report (we will be migrating Tableau report into Power BI).
• Coding experience – Python, etc.
• Expert in SQL database.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in software testing, data analysis, and process improvement.

Salary 100-120K/A, with Benefits.
