This is a hybrid position reporting to our Herndon, VA office a few days per week.

You will be a founding member of the AI & Enterprise Data Observability (AIDO) unit at SAP NS2. Our mission is to pioneer Secure, Independent AI adoption. We are building the "Central Nervous System" that allows us to securely orchestrate, fine-tune, and enhance existing state-of-the-art models using proprietary NS2 data. Our goal is to create "Force Multipliers" for our workforce—transforming our cloud ecosystem into a smarter, self-healing, and predictive environment while strictly adhering to data security and independence.

You are the "Player/Coach" for the AIDO team. You will lead the technical development of AI agents while also serving as the Scrum Master—managing the backlog, facilitating sprints, and ensuring the team hits the 2026 Roadmap.

• Agent Development: Lead the build of GenAI agents using Lang Chain/Llama Index for "Root Cause Analysis" and "SOP Generation".
• Model Fine-Tuning: Operationalize the fine-tuning of RAG models using the datasets curated by the Data Engineer.
• Technical Mentorship: Guide the developers on code quality, architecture, and MLOps best practices.
• Servant Leadership: Coach the team in self-organization and remove blockers that hinder progress.
• Event Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
• Velocity Tracking: Manage the burn-down charts and ensure resource mapping aligns with the delivery roadmap.

• Agile Mastery: Deep knowledge of Scrum framework (PSM certification preferred) and "Servant Leadership".
• AI Frameworks: Proficiency in PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Keras, and scikit-learn.
• NLP Expertise: Strong grasp of NLP techniques (NLTK, spaCy, Transformers) for processing unstructured text.

• GenAI Orchestration: Deep experience with Lang Graph or similar agentic workflows.
• SAP Ecosystem: Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
