The Dynamics 365 CE Consultant will lead requirements discovery, functional design, CE module configuration, and support testing, training, and deployment activities.

• Facilitate workshops with tribal government stakeholders to gather requirements for case management, scheduling, citizen outreach, and field operations.
• Document user stories, acceptance criteria, business processes, and functional requirements.
• Recommend solution approaches aligned with Dynamics CE v9.1 (on-premises) capabilities.
• Translate business needs into configuration tasks and guide technical teams on necessary customizations.
• Perform hands‑on configuration across modules, including Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.
• Build test scripts, support UAT, guide business testers, validate configurations, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Create functional documentation, configuration guides, and release notes.

The projected compensation range for this position is $120K - $160K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract‑specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

• 6+ years experience supporting IT systems development projects as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Hands‑on configuration experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including Customer Service and at least one of Field Service or Marketing.
• Strong understanding of entity model, business rules, workflows, SLAs, queues, forms, and views.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and producing clear functional deliverables.
• Experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE On‑Premises (v9.1 or prior CRM versions before online‑only features).
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise case management or service delivery solutions.

• Experience working with federal, state, or tribal governments.
• Experience implementing systems for citizen services.
• Microsoft Certifications.
• US Citizen.
