Exciting program that supports unclassified and classified software development and integration services. Projects involve brand new Big Data, data analysis, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics, while legacy work includes refining and improving existing systems and providing operations and maintenance.

A 100% on‑site role supporting integrated software and system maintenance and operations. Rotational after‑hours on‑call/call‑in support is required.

• Monitor system health
• Troubleshoot system problems
• Maintain storage systems
• Provide after‑hours on‑call/call‑in support on a rotational basis
• Ensure system security requirements are satisfied
• Create and maintain system scripts
• Patch/upgrade systems
• Administer user accounts

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience;
  Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience;
  PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience; additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement
• Experience managing and monitoring large clusters (>400 nodes) and applications both containerized and non‑containerized
• Experience implementing and providing technical support of multi‑platform, multi‑system networks
• Active TS with ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph
• Ability to obtain Security+CE certification before starting

• Technical experience and knowledge of distributed storage networks, routing, and application messaging frameworks
• Demonstrated knowledge of analytical needs and requirements, query syntax, data flows, and traffic manipulation
• Experience with Splunk Dashboards
• Experience managing systems on‑prem and in AWS
• Experience with Certification & Accreditation processes

Target Salary Range: $112,000 – $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position; the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills and competencies; as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
