Position: Functional Lead-TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph Only

Raytheon is seeking a seasoned, well-rounded, and personable Functional Lead
. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with Program Managers and other leaders to drive the capture of business requirements, development, launch, and post-launch activities.

Responsibilities
  • Break down large, complex projects into manageable pieces and deliver them successfully and on time with the assistance of relevant team members.
  • Lead a project team and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide input and innovative ideas to facilitate project success.
  • Evaluate environments and support the creation of platform roadmaps.
  • Analyze team performance and recommend corrective and preemptive actions.
  • Design and implement solutions to reported or discovered problems.
  • Continuously improve the quality of service provided by all teams.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality solutions focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in triage meetings to share knowledge and resolve customer problems efficiently.
  • Work well independently and collaboratively in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
    • Minimum Requirements
    • Solid hands-on capabilities across a broad range of systems.
    • Subject matter expert in all functional areas.
    • Broad system experience and understanding of supporting elements of functional areas.
    • Ability to evaluate environments and support creation of platform roadmaps.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
