Responsibilities
  • Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting SAP systems across multiple functional areas. Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership to ensure SAP solutions are optimized, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate with Business SMEs to vet and prioritize business requirements for problem resolution as well as system enhancements.
  • Report to the Director, Digital Core Applications for ITSS Enterprise Applications.
  • Configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP modules across functional areas (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement, Sales, etc).
  • Develop and deploy new processes and configurations to meet business needs.
  • Provide support, implement fixes, and additional functionality.
  • Analyze data and processes to identify and troubleshoot problems and recommend preventive action.
  • Proactively provide status on all activities to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Follow applicable standards, procedures, guidelines, and methodologies in the support and/or maintenance of systems.
  • Continually strive to enhance or improve business systems processes that drive efficiency through best practices.
  • Document requirements for new functionality and support various initiatives.
  • Develop procedures, processes, and guidelines focused on quality of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate design alternatives, optimize solutions, and minimize performance impact.
  • Develop and execute functional unit test cases for new application requirements.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams for integration, performance, and user‑acceptance testing.
  • Maintain the highest ethical personal and professional standards.
  • Other projects and initiatives assigned.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement: ensure timely resolution of production support issues, identify recurring issues, monitor system performance, promote standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Training, Governance & Documentation: maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and security teams, ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX controls, and industry standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in SAP functional roles.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across various functions (Finance, HR, Supply Chain).
  • Deep expertise in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM) and knowledge of SAP integration points.
  • Experience with SAP configurations and production support across diverse business processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Skill:
    Ability to prioritize, work as a remote team member, and adjust time across time zones.
  • Experience in defining, developing, and implementing operational aspects of projects and programs (governance, tracking, reporting).
  • Meticulous attention to detail for documentation accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills to understand complex IT systems.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with incident data analysis to investigate problems.
  • Strong follow‑up with team members and vendors.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, complex environments with tight deadlines.
  • Independently and collaboratively work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, ChaRM, SOLMAN is an added advantage.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.) is a plus.
