Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data. All internals must have Manager’s approval to transfer.The SAP NS2 Delivery Executive (DE) provides effective project and program oversight for one or more Federal and/or Department of Defense Customer accounts and is a significant contributor to the overall success of the customer relationship. In this billable role, the DE works closely with the external customer, the internal customer, and other internal/external partners to ensure the overall success of the implementation of SAP NS2 solutions.
The DE ensures that effective Program Governance is established for each account and is the primary SAP NS2 Delivery point person aligned to customer executives throughout the services lifecycle, from sales support through implementation and post-go live. In addition to delivery support, the DE is responsible for supporting Services Sales in positioning additional SAP NS2 Services in support of customer success.
