About the RoleJoin Peraton as an Experienced Test Engineer! At Peraton we partner with key government agencies in intelligence, space, cyber, defense, civilian, health, and state and local markets. Peraton’s National Programs Business Intelligence Systems & Applications Operating Unit seeks an experienced Test Engineer for the SITE III JIOC contract. This role supports applications focused on Collection Management, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and intelligence operations for Combatant Commands.

Key Responsibilities- Convert customer needs and technical constraints into integrated solutions.
- Establish and uphold integration and testing standards.
- Develop and implement test strategies to ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate with various organizations for integration and testing activities.
- Prepare and assess readiness for system activities.
- Compile and analyze data to define necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with testing processes and track metrics.
- Analyze systems, evaluate performance, and prepare reports.
- Evaluate reports and validate fixes affecting systems.

- Bachelor’s degree with 8 or more years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of education.
- TS clearance adjudication with SCI or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph.
- Experienced tester across front‑end, back‑end, middle tier; development environments include Java, Wildfly, Openshift, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Redmine, Artifactory, Postgres, some cloud technologies (S3, Elasti Cache), and Oracle.
- Automated testing experience with Selenium, Robot, Framework, JMeter.
- Knowledge of Agile processes is required.
- Recent experience in lead tester positions for Agile scrum teams.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with software testing.
- Experience using Redmine.
- Experience with Agile.
- Experience interacting with end users and functional customers in support of sprint reviews, sprint demos, and in‑plant acceptance testing is preferred but not required.
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. Salary is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the position, individual experience, education, and geographic location. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus.
