Data Center Delivery - Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, One-Intake Program Team
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to join the One-Intake Program Team. The role is responsible for driving operational and process improvement initiatives within the AWS Data Center Community (DCC), partnering across global AWS Infrastructure Services to shape the future of AWS infrastructure and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent project/programs.
- Determine process health metrics, develop key performance indicators, and create data visualization reports illustrating process health.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user requirements with key internal customers.
- Develop and implement scalable, data‑driven process improvement and automated solutions.
- Develop standard operating procedures, change/communication plans, and project/program‑level status updates.
- Drive adoption with internal customers through effective change management.
- Anticipate potential issues and risks, and escalate appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Remain flexible to changing priorities and open to new ideas.
- Keep the customer experience as the primary focus.
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
- Proven ability to manage global infrastructure projects/programs, develop and monitor project/program health metrics, and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Experience establishing and implementing change management plans, training, mentoring performance, and driving position readiness improvement.
- Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and process improvement.
