This is a highly visible senior CX leadership role, responsible for driving enterprise-wide priorities across Tyler’s divisions and functions, with a strong focus on strategic alignment and measurable impact. Leads the CX technology roadmap and platform strategy for Tyler. This role drives system unification and optimization across Support, Client Success, and Professional Services, supporting the One Tyler delivery model and enhancing the digital client journey.
Key Responsibilities- Own systems roadmap supporting CX (e.g., CXone, CRM, client portal, AI support).
- Partner with IT to ensure interoperability and adoption across all divisions.
- Lead tool optimization initiatives that reduce friction and improve service consistency.
- Govern platform rollout and user training aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Monitor system usage and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or similar.
- 8+ years of experience managing enterprise systems or platforms in support environments.
- Familiar with CX platforms, integration design, and stakeholder collaboration.
Salary will generally fall between $161,629 - $212,669 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
