Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to corporate headquarters employees, drive community relations, and enhance employee engagement.

• Lead initiatives aligned with servant leadership principles to strengthen community and employee engagement.
• Manage sponsorship requests and community partnerships, including administrative tasks and stakeholder coordination.
• Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs, including talent management and employee development strategies.
• Analyze contribution reports (budget, history, audits), summarize findings, and provide recommendations.
• Lead HR and special projects, including employee development, recognition, and service programs.
• Support HRIS functionality, HR documentation, personnel files, and employee directories.
• Serve as an HR expert, cross-train with team members, and address employee inquiries.
• Conduct full-service recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, relocation (including expatriate assignments), and development.
• Assist with terminations, resignations, documentation, and exit interviews.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Preferred certifications: PHR or SHRM-CP.

• Adaptable team player with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

This is an onsite role, five days per week in the Northern, VA area.
