Job Summary
Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is hiring a Nurse Aide (Certified Nursing Assistant – CNA, Home Health Aide – HHA, or Personal Care Aide – PCA) in Herndon, VA and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering compassionate, professional care in clients’ homes.

- Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
- Monitor and report any changes in client health
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia, or willingness to complete PCA training program
- Valid TB/PPD test and first‑aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for travel within Loudoun County
- Excellent communication skills and a caring, team‑oriented mindset
