Job Summary:
Golden Hartz ABA is seeking a compassionate and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional supervision and guidance to our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapy Providers (BTPs) in Loudoun and Fairfax East regions. Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of BCBAs and BTPs, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality treatment services
Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure staff are well-equipped to meet client needs
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to ensure best practices are upheld
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and staff performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a BCBA, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices, including behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and implementation
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
