OverviewWe are seeking a SAP FICO Analyst with a strong emphasis on Controlling (CO) and cost accounting to support and optimize a SAP S/4
HANA environment. This role partners directly with finance and cost accounting teams to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and financial process alignment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior SAP CO professional — or a strong Cost Accountant who is a heavy SAP CO super user — who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and support SAP FICO with strong emphasis on CO
- Support cost center accounting, product costing, and internal orders
- Ensure proper integration between FI, CO, PP, MM, and SD
- Partner closely with finance and cost accounting teams
- Drive process improvements and system optimization
- Support testing, documentation, and ongoing system stability
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of SAP FI/CO experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Controlling (CO)
- Deep understanding of costing and financial value flow
- Excellent communication skills
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working within a small team
