Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across key business functions. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering clear insights, accurate reporting, and strong financial partnership to cross‑functional teams.

• Provide financial support to operational teams, including analysis of business performance, development of forecasts, and preparation of pricing or cost models.
• Contribute to the creation and ongoing updates of the annual budget and long‑range financial plans for assigned departments.
• Prepare and manage recurring financial reports related to monthly close, forecasting cycles, and budget submissions.
• Partner closely with Marketing and other functional leaders to deliver timely performance updates, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Lead financial support for G&A functions, including quarterly business reviews and stakeholder reporting.
• Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives, product changes, and strategic opportunities, ensuring decisions are grounded in sound financial analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting within a complex business environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large data sets.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a track record of turning data into meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence partners at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
