Director of Entitlements and Engineering will own the strategy and execution of the business plan as it relates to site engineering. Responsible for executing all site plan approval functions for projects with a focus on feasibilities, planning, entitlement, engineering approvals, and overall management of the land engineering process. Manage the Entitlements and Engineering team to ensure they are set up for success.

• Execute all site plan approval functions for projects, focusing on feasibilities, planning, entitlement, engineering approvals, and overall management of the land engineering process.
• Manage the Entitlements and Engineering team to ensure they are set up for success.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university with a background in Civil Engineering, Planning, or Law preferred.
• At least ten years of land planning and/or development experience in progressively responsible positions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
