This role requires 4-10 years of experience in water resources engineering and expertise in drainage and stormwater management design. The candidate will manage designs in accordance with Virginia stormwater regulations and conduct watershed studies. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required, along with a PE license or the ability to acquire one soon after hire.
