In this role you will support the Merger & Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO) by providing tactical, administrative execution of HR activities related to M&A Day One readiness and post-acquisition integration. The primary objective is to ensure all 2026 project milestones are documented, tracked, and compliant with corporate standards.

Challenges
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Acquisition Support: 40%
Provide tactical HR project support for large-scale US acquisition work streams, focusing on tracking talent milestones, resource schedules, and risk logs.
- Maintain and communicate real-time project status updates to HR leadership and the M&A Program Management Office (PMO).
- Act as a point of contact to coordinate activities between internal HR departments and other business functions to ensure alignment with acquisition timelines.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize integration information. Maintain dashboards and generate weekly reports to track the progress of the 2026 strategic objectives.
- Execute assigned project tasks such as auditing employee records migrations or checking compliance checklists to ensure Day 1 operational readiness.
- Ensure rigorous documentation for all M&A activities; keep project management tools updated daily to ensure audit-readiness and information integrity.
- Work with all stakeholders: SMEs, HRBPs, Leadership to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Change Management and Communication: 25 %
- Support internal and external partnerships across HR (within Satair US, global as well as in the context of the Airbus Regional teams) and all other functions, to facilitate a smooth transition for newly acquired employee groups.
- Create and distribute change management communications to ensure all impacted employees are informed of upcoming activity
- Identify workflow gaps during the integration; support creation of training materials or procedural documentation to streamline the onboarding of acquired teams. Facilitate awareness sessions on new systems.
- Administrative and Compliance Governance: 20 %
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, capture detailed action items, and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in gathering necessary documentation for US labor law compliance and regulatory filings related to the acquisition.
Other duties as assigned: 5%
- Support the Satair US HR team on other key improvement projects.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing HR projects
- 3+ years of M&A implementation
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Ability to challenge and influence the business taking the human aspect of change into account. Proficiency in project management tools and applications
- Experience working with complex, matrixed organizations, preferred
- Experience in Aerospace, preferred
- PMP, SHRM- CP or PHR, preferred
- Ability to travel Domestic and International:
Up to 10% domestic - Authorized to Work in the US without the need of visa sponsorship.
