Title:
Cloud ERP Delivery - Project Support Analyst
Location:
Herndon, VA
Duration: 1+ year contract
Work closely with the Program Management & Reporting Lead to provide support in the tracking and management of work orders, creation and update of process documentation, and management, tracking, communication of various documents, metrics, etc.
Work closely with the Pre-provisioning Lead to provide support in the creation of buildsheets from work orders and specification standards. (On the job training will be provided)
Provide support to ad-hoc and as defined project management related tasks and activities as necessary.
Role Requirements- A Bachelor9s degree, preferably in Business or IT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Significant attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work well with others
