As an Administrative Clerk at Eastern National Title, you will have the opportunity to provide essential clerical assistance such as data entry, filing, scanning, and recording documents. Your role will require limited knowledge of title and settlement procedures, but your attention to detail and enthusiasm for supporting broader functions will be invaluable. This role is a customer-facing role and good people skills are required.

- Recording and maintaining information into database for title and closing files: open new contracts and update contract information
- Assist closers with closing documents including scanning/copying documents, communicating with Lender and Builder on behalf of Title on status of closings
- Assist with Post-Closing duties including mailing of checks, generating letters and preparing documents for recording post closings
- Organize and maintain records and files of recorded documents
- Retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users
- Answer phones and greet customers
The ideal candidate would either have a high school diploma or general education degree. Alternatively, a year of related experience or a combination of both education and experience would be a great fit. Moreover, we are seeking someone who possesses excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. These attributes are crucial for ensuring smooth and effective interactions with our clients and team members alike.
