Production Team Member – No Bake Molder
Weir Esco, Newton, MS
Onsite – Full Time
Shift: 3rd Shift – 9:00 pm – 5:00 am. Frequent overtime.
Responsible for all molding operations, including producing molds from daily schedules, ensuring correct patterns and IDs, and calibrating, operating, and maintaining the continuous mixer. This role also sets cores, operates equipment and computers, and moves molds to the next station accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities- Retrieve and inspect the correct pattern per the schedule
- Operate the sand mixer to fill the mold
- Control equipment that will pick up and flip the molds
- Place cores in the molds correctly
- Operate mobile equipment

- High school diploma/GED required.
- Good reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal skills.
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
