Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hernando, MS, for a skilled Machinist. The Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC and manual machines to manufacture medical instruments and implants. Key duties include interpreting technical blueprints, monitoring production quality, troubleshooting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and working with manual machining equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
• Experience with quality control processes, including inspection and measurement tools.
• Competence in troubleshooting, adjusting machine settings, and performing routine machine maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Prior experience in medical device manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is preferred.
