Founded by elite endurance athletes, Ivy League and Stanford-trained physicians, and serial technology executives, we enable coaches, athletes, and organizations to deliver real-time personalized medicine—without requiring $5–10M professional-sports budgets. We integrate wearable data, biomarkers, and medical records into a unified AI system that mirrors the human body.

We are seeking a Director of Software Development to be the lead architect and primary implementation strategist for our software ecosystem. This is a hands-on builder role for an entrepreneurial engineer who can build B2B and B2C platforms from scratch.

You will utilize the full suite of modern AI-assisted coding tools to ship production-grade code at startup speed. You will work directly with the CTO to build the "Health OS" that makes elite longevity science accessible to millions.

• Own the end-to-end development of our B2C mobile applications and B2B clinical dashboards
• You will be writing the core code for our MVP and scaling it to support millions of users

• Build and maintain scalable backends, responsive frontends, and the secure data bridges between them using modern frameworks
• Design and code the ingestion engines for real-time biometric data (Oura, Whoop, Apple Health) and clinical lab data

• Implement cutting-edge AI coding workflows (Cursor, Copilot, etc.) to maintain a 10x development velocity
• Develop multi-tenant architectures that allow wellness centers and military organizations to manage large populations securely

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience with a track record of building platforms from 0 to 1
• Hands-on Mastery: Expert in Type Script/React Native (Mobile), Node.js/FastAPI (Backend), and PostgreSQL
• Personal Mission Alignment: A demonstrable interest in fitness, longevity, and human performance (e.g., you track your own biomarkers or follow longevity protocols)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Vercel) and HIPAA-compliant security standards

• Prior experience in Health Tech or Med Tech startups
• Experience building APIs that handle high-throughput time-series data from wearables
