Senior Quality Systems Engineer

As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will work inside and outside the organization to define and execute processes that deliver reliable products and caretake our AS9100 Quality Management System. The right person for this role has robust knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100/ISO
9000), manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement. If you are someone who loves to build world‑class Quality processes, work hands‑on in a new factory, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you.

• Track and evaluate the organizations adherence to our documented QMS
• Monitor and analyze quality performance
• Perform internal QMS audits
• Coordinate External AS9100 Audits with our Registrar
• Collaborate with the internal leadership team to develop and implement our QMS
• Monitor and Control our QMS documentation
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues
• Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
• Review standards, specifications, and processes
• Create and perform validations for tools and equipment

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a focus in quality, aerospace, or mechanical engineering or similar technical field and/or significant experience managing a registered QMS
• Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role
• Experience in managing a QMS in a manufacturing environment
• Metrology knowledge and understanding
• Root Cause analysis experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• U.S. Person Status is required as this position may need to access controlled data

• Master’s degree
• Experience as an auditor for AS9100 or other ISO-9001 based QMS standard.
• Production factory experience
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

$113,000—$149,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
