As a BCBA at Uniquely Behavioral Health, you will:

• Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) both directly and indirectly
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
• Participate in regular team meetings, case reviews, and trainings

• 2+ years of field experience in ABA
• Strong clinical judgment and flexibility
• Reliable transportation for travel across service areas
• A commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, assent-based, and family-centered care
