Position: Community Manager - Laguna Beach

Beach City Capital LLC is a private real estate development firm headquartered in the South Bay Communities within Los Angeles, California. The in‑house team includes highly skilled California licensed professionals in architecture, contracting, engineering, and real estate, all working together to create value for shareholders.

Role Description

This is a full‑time onsite role, with a primary location in Laguna Beach, CA. As a Community Manager, the primary responsibilities include establishing community relationships, managing tenant interactions, organizing events, and fostering an inclusive and engaging environment. Additionally, the individual will handle day‑to‑day property management tasks, oversee tenant communications, and implement strategies to create vibrant community spaces and experiences.

Community & Member Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, guests, and prospective tenants
  • Manage member onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing communication
  • Foster a welcoming, professional, and connected community culture
  • Coordinate and support community events, workshops, and activations
  • Handle day‑to‑day member needs with warmth, efficiency, and discretion
Operations & Office Management
  • Oversee daily operations of the coworking space to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Manage vendors, service providers, and building coordination
  • Assist with space setup, cleanliness standards, supplies, and light facilities oversight
  • Support membership tracking, reporting, and basic operational documentation
  • Maintain internal systems, calendars, and shared resources
Executive & Administrative Support (Assistant to Jason Muller)
  • Provide direct administrative support to Jason Muller, including scheduling and coordination
  • Assist with internal reporting, updates, and cross‑team communication
  • Help prepare materials, notes, and follow‑ups for meetings and projects
  • Act as a reliable extension of leadership—anticipating needs and keeping things organized
Marketing & Communications Support (Light)
  • Assist with community newsletters, announcements, and internal communications
  • Support social media coordination and local outreach when needed
  • Help ensure brand tone and professionalism are consistent across touchpoints
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in community management, operations, hospitality, office management, or executive support
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and shifting needs
  • Tech‑savvy (Google Workspace, basic CRM or coworking software experience a plus)
  • Professional, personable, and calm under pressure
  • Self‑starter mindset with attention to detail and follow‑through
