Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Night Shift in Hermitage, TN (37076). 13-week travel nursing contract in a modern LDRP + NICU unit with estimated weekly pay $1,570–$1,650. • Location: Hermitage, TN 37076 (Nashville suburb)
• Unit: Women’s Services – LDRP (24 beds) + NICU (10 beds)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (March 2, 2026 – June 1, 2026)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570 – $1,650
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; unit scheduling may follow a 6:30–6:30 pattern)
• Dress Code: Black and Hot Pink
• Documentation / EMR: CPN electronic charting
• Equipment: Fetal monitoring systems, Alaris IV pumps
• Floating: No floating required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Tennessee RN or RN Compact)
• BLS, NRP, ACLS, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (IFM) or equivalent certification
• Minimum 1 year recent Labor & Delivery / obstetric nursing experience
• Proficiency in fetal monitoring, intrapartum care, and maternal-newborn assessments
• Strong teamwork, communication, and neonatal stabilization skills

• Provide comprehensive LDRP nursing care: labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum for mothers and newborns
• Monitor fetal heart rates and labor progress using advanced fetal monitoring systems
• Assist with labor management, C-sections, and neonatal stabilization in the NICU as needed
• Perform maternal-newborn assessments, medication administration, and IV therapy with Alaris pumps
• Collaborate with RNs, unit coordinators, patient care techs, lactation consultants, and neonatologists
• Document care accurately in CPN EMR and escalate patient status changes to the care team
• Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and infection control practices in a busy perinatal environment

• Work close to Nashville with easy access to the city’s music, dining, and entertainment while living in a welcoming Hermitage community
• Join a supportive, multidisciplinary Women’s Services team focused on high-quality maternal and neonatal care
• Gain hands-on obstetric and neonatal nursing experience in a busy LDRP + NICU setting—ideal for Travel RNs and L&D nurses
