Real Estate & Finance Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a highly regarded boutique Real Estate & Finance law firm in Nashville, TN.

This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate and finance transactions while maintaining a balanced and sustainable workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate commercial real estate and finance documents
• Manage transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and counter parties throughout deal life cycles
• Conduct due diligence and review title, survey, and financing materials
• Collaborate with partners and team members to deliver high-quality legal services
• Maintain organized and accurate transaction documentation

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Tennessee Bar (or ability to waive in)
• 3+ years of commercial real estate and/or finance experience
• Strong preference for Big Law or real estate-focused boutique training
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
