Position Title: Loan Adjustments - Seasonal Associate
Business Unit: Retail Lending
Reports To: Supervisor of Loan Adjustments

Position Overview:

The Loan Adjustments - Seasonal Associate provides essential administrative and operational support during peak business periods. This temporary role is responsible for maintaining accurate digital records, completing account maintenance activities, processing returned mail, and supporting workflow efficiency across the department. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a professional operations environment while contributing to accurate account servicing and departmental compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintains organized and uptodate digital files, procedures, reports, and databases in alignment with departmental standards.
• Reviews loan accounts to identify required maintenance actions and completes followup tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manages returned mail processes, ensuring proper documentation, routing, and resolution.
• Assists in preparing and documenting legal referrals according to internal procedures.
• Provides general administrative support, including assistance with invoicing, onboarding tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Supports departmental workflow by collaborating with team members and contributing to process improvement activities

The Seasonal Associate will work from May to August. Actual hours worked and employment period will be determined by the needs of the business.
