- Must have 2 years of IR experience within the past 3 years

- Basic Life Support (BLS – AHA or Red Cross)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS – AHA or Red Cross)
- Current driver’s license (DL)
- Active Oregon RN license
