Job Opportunity – OR Nurse Manager – Oregon

Schedule:
Full-time management role with 24-hour operational oversight responsibility
Highlights:
Lead and manage OR operations both clinically and fiscally in collaboration with Surgical Services leadership
Oversee diverse surgical specialties including robotics, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, GYN, neuro, ERCP, and vascular procedures
Direct supervision of multidisciplinary perioperative team including RNs, LPNs, Scrub Technologists, and support staff
Opportunity to implement evidence-based practices and lead performance improvement initiatives
Participate in budget development, staff education coordination, and strategic planning
Robotic surgery experience valued, including ION robot technology
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Master's preferred)
Current Oregon Registered Nurse license
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
CNOR certification required
Minimum 5 years of operating room or ambulatory surgery center experience
Experience across multiple surgical specialties: robotics, orthopedics, urology, general surgery, GYN, neuro, ERCP, and vascular
Previous management experience preferred
