• Day Shift, Full-time, 36 hrs/week
• Week 1:
  Thur‑Fri‑Sat
• Week 2:
  Sun‑Wed‑Fri
• Holiday Rotation: A

DEFINITION OF POSITION:
Assesses, prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates the nursing care provided. Ensures provision of quality care for selected groups of patients through utilization of nursing process, established standards of care, policies and procedures.

NOTE:

various departments may have additional qualifications/certification and responsibilities associated with their specific area. Copies of department specific requirements may be obtained through your HR representative.

• Write Nursing Care Plan.
• Act as patient advocate.
• Direct and supervise any personnel assigned to RN.
• Report to Unit Nurse Manager or House Supervisor.

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.

• Desired:
  Previous Clinical Experience.

• Current RN license in the State of Oregon.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certification required.
• Certifications specific to areas of clinical specialty may be preferred.

Infusion pumps, other medical equipment, computer terminal, printer, photocopier, and patient charts.

Ability to provide care for the patient's age‑specific, cultural, physical, and psychosocial well‑being.
