Travel RN – Cardiology (Stress Testing) - Hermiston, OR

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong knowledge of cardiac physiology, EKG interpretation, and cardiovascular medications
• Ability to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies and provide immediate nursing interventions
• Excellent communication and patient education skills

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience

Position Summary:

The Stress Test Technician (RN) is responsible for performing cardiac stress testing procedures under the direction of a cardiologist or supervising provider. This role focuses on delivering safe and accurate diagnostic testing, closely monitoring patients’ hemodynamic status, recognizing clinical changes, and providing appropriate nursing interventions as needed. The RN collaborates with cardiology providers, clinical staff, and diagnostic services to support high-quality patient care and optimal clinical outcomes.
