Gray Construction is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Portland, OR Team.

Position Summary
Responsible for managing projects valued at $75MM+ or complex individual projects, including administration, financial performance, scheduling, risk management, relationships, team development, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of related experience or equivalent
- Minimum five years of profit and loss accountability across multiple projects
- At least three years managing design/build or hard bid projects
- Experience with various contracting methods and legal contractual knowledge
- Proven track record of increasing project profitability
- Technical knowledge in engineering and design disciplines
- Experience managing process or production equipment procurement/installations exceeding $2 million
- Mentoring and team leadership skills
- Ability to develop project schedules and cost estimates
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling and estimating software

Essential Functions
Includes project administration, financial oversight, schedule management, risk mitigation, relationship building, team development, and administrative authority, along with physical demands and supervisory responsibilities.
The estimated salary range is $100K to $180K, dependent on experience and qualifications.
