Overview

Urgent Short-Term Project Opportunity - Start Monday, January 26th! Are you struggling to land your first job or between roles and seeking immediate work? We have an urgent 2-3 month project starting next Monday, January 26th, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who can start right away. We’re seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to hit the ground running.

In this position, you will provide proactive floor support across Zones 1, 2, and 3 to help maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing safety risks and preventing prohibited items from entering automated operational areas.

• Perform walk-throughs every 2 hours across Zones 1-3, monitoring cases moving through driveways.
• Identify and remove prohibited items—such as aerosol cans—to ensure compliance and safety within all zones.
• Confirm that only LOTO-certified personnel conduct intervention and recovery activities.
• Serve as an additional layer of operational support to minimize risks associated with manual handling and driveway movement.
• Escalate unsafe conditions, compliance concerns, or repeated issues to Operations and Safety leadership teams.

• Strong communication abilities
• Professional, approachable demeanor
• Basic familiarity with tools like Excel
• (Bonus) Experience around retrofit environments

We are hiring 4 total resources, with 1 per shift.

• 5 PM - 5 AM | Sun-Tues / every other Wed
• 5 AM - 5 PM | Wed-Sat / every other Wed
• 5 PM - 5 AM | Wed-Sat / every other Wed

This is a Contract position based out of Hermiston, OR 97838.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
