Our team-based approach means you will be part of a dedicated care team focused on community health. As the Clinic Medical Director at Mirasol Family Health Center, you can lead a team while developing and cultivating patient relationships by managing your patient panel.

• A Family Medicine Physician passionate about community health and family medicine
• An experienced healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations who would take on clinic leadership responsibilities while managing their patient panel

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 0.75 FTE (30 hours per week)
• EMR system is EPIC

  Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• New Hire Guarantee: $237,948 + annual CMD stipend
• Hiring Bonus of $22,500
