The Job:Foreman in Training
- Assist in leading a crew of 3–4 construction laborers
- Construct pre‑engineered post‑frame structures from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans
- Learn to organize job sites and supervise crews
- Operate hand and power tools, aerial lifts, and other construction equipment
- Work from heights up to 35 feet on ladders and aerial work platforms
- Drive a one‑ton crew cab truck, haul trailers, and operate skid steers
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, full‑time, year‑round construction work
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of prior building trades experience required
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow
