Overview

Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr the actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company standards; and correcting/reporting unsafe situations to Management.
  • Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area in accordance with Company policies by properly handling claims and returns; zoning the area; receiving and stocking merchandise; setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; and securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
  • Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member and identifying their needs; locating merchandise and assisting with purchasing decisions; providing Deli products to Members; resolving issues and concerns; and promoting the Company's products and services.
  • Follow Company policies and procedures related to Freezer/Cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains and doors for proper operation; and reporting issues to Management.

Pay and Eligibility
  • The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00
  • Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Premiums may apply in specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
