Delivery Driver / Milk Rounds person – Hereford, Herefordshire

Night Shift: Starting hours between 11pm - 2am

£24,000 - £24,500 + Shift Allowances + 4 on/3 Off + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, physically active individual who thrives on night-shift work and enjoys working independently on the road. In this varied role you will manage a dedicated multi-drop delivery route, ensuring fresh products reach customers' doorsteps accurately and on schedule while using modern handheld technology to track orders.

The ideal candidate will be a disciplined self-starter with a strong sense of reliability, a clean driving record, and the physical fitness required for a fast-paced manual role.

• Completing multi-drop rounds across rural and urban areas.
• Using handheld devices to record deliveries and payments.
• Loading/unloading crates and securing stock for transit.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and following safety/hygiene rules.
• Collecting empty glass bottles and returns for processing.

• Full UK Category B Driver's licence holder.
• Comfortable with night starts (23:00 – 02:00) and 4-on/3-off patterns.
• Able to meet the physical demands of high-volume manual loading.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and basic numeracy.
• Previous delivery or retail experience is preferred but not essential.
