Senior Car Sales Executive

Role Overview

This role would ideally suit someone who has experience as a Car Sales Executive and is keen to take the next step towards a management position. The successful candidate will be working closely with the existing management team and will be encouraged to take on additional responsibilities in support of them.

• Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, following‑up calls, inbound telephone enquiries, walk‑in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Achieve the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on products.
• Adhere to the Company’s FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive, Retail Manager or Sales Manager.
• Demonstrated record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
• Valid UK Driver’s Licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays (closed Sundays).
