Role OverviewThis is an exciting, hands‑on, lab‑based role within our Molecular Pathology team, supporting experimental and regulatory studies. The role will include developing and validating methods for IHC, RNAscope and multiplex immunofluorescence methods.
Candidates will have professional experience in a molecular pathology lab, developing and executing IHC/IF assays and will be familiar with both manual and automated methodologies, ideally in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Liase with Study Managers
- Contribute to experimental plans and scientific reports
- Validate and troubleshoot IHC and multiplex methods
- Experience with automation – Leica Bond, Roche Ventana, Lunaphore COMET, Akoya PC-F etc
- Support laboratory technicians
- Participate in audits
- Significant practical experience in IHC (manual and automated), ideally 3+ years
- Highly motivated and proactive
- Science graduate, ideally a relevant MSc
Industry experience, multiplex IF platforms (Akoya/Lunaphore etc), spatial biology, multiomics, experience working to regulations (GLP/GCP), bioinformatics exposure.
