As a Quality Assurance & New Product Development Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards, and will work with our key partners in the Food Service industry. This role can be based from any of our offices in London, Reading, Stafford and Hereford.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Managing all QA and technical information for assigned customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers through weekly engagement and clear communication.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including Commercial, Innovations, Technical, and Site QA.
  • Investigating and resolving product and quality-related issues promptly.
  • Addressing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Representing the company in customer meetings and presentations.
  • Partnering with the Innovations Lead to ensure formulations are accurate and all processing details are captured.
  • Supporting the commercialization of new products from concept to launch.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Experience in Quality Management.
  • A strong understanding of Food Hygiene and HACCP principles.
  • Knowledge of standard testing protocols, including shelf life and nutritional testing.
  • A degree in Food Science, Technology, or a related field.
