Production Operative
Location:
Hereford
Pay: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on shift)
We are recruiting skilled Production Operators to join our growing team in Hereford.
What you'll be doing- Setting up and running production machinery
- Monitoring equipment and resolving basic issues
- Carrying out product quality checks
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area
- Supporting production targets and deadlines
- Previous machine operating experience (preferred)
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliability and willingness to work either days or nights
- Day shifts & night shifts available
- £14.00 - £17.00 per hour (depending on role/shift)
- Weekly pay
- Overtime opportunities
- Ongoing work with potential for long-term employment
