Our client have and exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day works and reporting to the Site Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Direct and supervise day to day operations of direct labour and sub-contractors.

* Ensuring appliance of common operational procedures.

* Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

* Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.

* Liaise with the Site Manager and Contract Surveyor regarding cost control, waste management, variations and confirmation of instructions.

* Carrying out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities.

* Maintain positive relations with clients, design teams and neighbours.
Required knowledge and experience:

* Strong Verbal Communication

* Time-Management Skills

* Must have a valid SSSTS

* Ideally have experience with air source heat pumps

* Mechanical and Technical Skill

* Excellent Trouble-Shooting Ability
