What you'll be doing

Driving end‑to‑end analysis across key tech + change initiatives
Capturing requirements, mapping processes, and influencing senior stakeholders
Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Ops to deliver smarter, slicker systems
Playing a pivotal role in shaping a modern, scalable tech ecosystem

What we're looking for

A Business Analyst with strong experience across technology, change or digital transformation
Someone who loves problem‑solving, collaboration and bringing structure to chaos
A confident communicator who can challenge, engage, and influence at all levels
Experience in Fin Tech, FS, or regulated environments is a bonus yet not essential
